Fuzen supports PDF generation via a Print to PDF feature in automations and page actions. This lets you export records (invoices, quotations, reports) as PDF files.
How to set up PDF export:
Tell the AI: “Add a Print to PDF button on the invoice detail page.” The AI will add the button and configure PDF generation for that page.
Known limitations and common issues:
- Navigation sidebar / top menu visible in PDF — When printing a page to PDF, the app’s navigation may appear in the output. To fix this, ask the AI: “Hide the sidebar and top navigation from the PDF export of this page.”
- Fuzen branding in PDF — On free plans, the Fuzen badge may appear in PDF exports. Upgrading to a paid plan and enabling white-labeling removes this.
- PDF URL not returned — If an automation that generates a PDF returns no URL, check that the page content fully loads before PDF generation is triggered. Contact support at hello@fuzen.io if this happens consistently.
PDF generation quality improvements are actively being worked on. If you have a specific layout issue, sharing a screenshot with support helps us prioritize the fix.
