Fuzen integrates with Twilio to enable WhatsApp messaging directly from your app. This lets you send automated WhatsApp notifications, alerts, and messages to your users or customers.
To set it up:
- Create a Twilio account at twilio.com and set up a WhatsApp-enabled number.
- In your Fuzen account, go to My Account → Integrations and enter your Twilio Account SID and Auth Token.
- Once connected, you can tell the AI to add WhatsApp actions to your automations. For example: “Send a WhatsApp message to the customer when their order is dispatched.”
Common use cases:
- Order confirmation and dispatch notifications
- Payment reminders
- Appointment reminders
- Sharing quotations or documents with a WhatsApp share link
Note: Twilio usage is billed separately by Twilio based on your message volume. Fuzen does not charge extra for the integration itself.
