You can add automated email notifications to your app using Fuzen’s workflow/automation builder. Here’s how:
- Tell the AI what you need: “Send an email to the assigned sales rep when a new lead is created” or “Email the customer when their order status changes to Shipped.”
- The AI will create an automation that triggers the email at the right moment.
- You can customize the email subject, body, and recipient using data from your app records.
Email sending options:
- Fuzen’s built-in email system — Available on all plans for transactional notifications.
- Your own SMTP account — Connect your own email server (Gmail, Outlook, SendGrid, etc.) via the Connect Email Account settings for branded sending. See “How to connect account using SMTP” for setup steps.
Using your own SMTP is recommended if you want emails to come from your company’s domain (e.g. noreply@yourcompany.com).
