How can I request a new feature or suggest improvements to Fuzen?

We love hearing from our users! Here are the ways to share feedback and feature requests:

• WhatsApp Community — The fastest way to get your request seen. Join the Fuzen community group and post your idea. The team actively monitors it.
• In-app chatbot — Use the support chatbot on your Fuzen dashboard to describe the feature you need.
• Email — Send your request to hello@fuzen.io with “Feature Request” in the subject.

When submitting a request, be as specific as possible — describe the problem you’re trying to solve (not just the solution) and your use case. This helps us prioritize features that have the most real-world impact.

Popular requests that come up across many users are added to our product roadmap. While we can’t promise a timeline for every request, all feedback is reviewed and considered.
