What's required

  • Paid plan. White-labeling (especially custom domains) requires a paid plan. On the free plan, your app runs at yourappname.fuzen.app and may show Fuzen branding.
  • Custom domain setup. To fully remove fuzen.app from the URL, you need to connect your own domain and configure a CNAME record at your DNS provider.

Step-by-step: Complete white-label setup

  1. Open your app and click the widget (blue pencil, bottom-left).
  2. Select Manage App Settings.
  3. In the Details tab: update the app name, upload your logo, and set your favicon.
  4. In the Domain tab: add your custom domain and configure DNS.
  5. Open the AI Chat Canvas (widget > Edit With AI) and describe any branding changes: colors, fonts, layout adjustments.
  6. Set up a custom SMTP for outgoing emails (optional but recommended for full white-labeling).

The result
